My Thai started in July 2021 as a mobile catering business, specialising in Asian-inspired Cotton Sponge Cakes. Recognising a gap in the market, we focused on crafting a product that earned trust and built a loyal customer base—growing steadily through word of mouth.
As we saw our quality product gaining more recognition, we knew it was time to take our business to the next level. With Nui’s 30 years of experience as a chef, including 12 years working locally, the idea for our Street Tricycle was born—after spotting an ad for a tricycle for sale.
