1. Orders and Payments
1.1. Orders must be placed at least 48-72 hours in advance.
1.2. 50% Deposit required to secure booking. Remainder payment is required at the time delivery. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers (prior to delivery).
2. Cancellations and Changes
2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event for a full refund.
2.2. Changes to orders can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event, subject to availability.
3. Cake Delivery
3.1. Delivery is available locally and included.
3.2. A person must be present to accept the delivery. Food products will not be left unattended under any circumstances, even if paid in full. Re-delivery fee will apply (£15).
4. Product Handling and Storage
4.1. Our products are freshly made. Please store them in a refrigerator and best consumed on the day of purchase. Can be consumed for up to 3 days if stored correctly.
4.2. Our cake products can be displayed at room temperature for a maximum of four hours.
4.3. Follow our provided instructions for handling, storing, and serving to ensure the best quality.
5. Allergies and Special Diets
5.1. We do our best to accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements. Please notify us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
5.2. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.
5.3. Your safety is our priority, and we encourage open communication about any concerns you may have.
5.4. Person’s with serious nut allergies are highly advised not to consume our products as we handle nuts in all preparation areas.
6. Event Services
6.1. Our street food trailer is available for events. Please book at least two weeks in advance.
6.2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the event.
6.3. We require access to the event location at least two hours before the start time for setup.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products. Please ensure you follow our storage and handling instructions.
7.2. We are not liable for any damages or losses once the products have been delivered or picked up.
