By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 1.1. To maintain the highest quality and service, we kindly require a minimum of 3 days’ notice for all cake bookings. We appreciate your cooperation..

1.2. Outside catering bookings and catering trailer hire require at least 1 month’s notice.

1.3. All orders and bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email.

2. Payments & Deposits

2.1. We accept cash and credit/debit cards on the day of delivery or service unless specified elsewhere.

2.2. Bank transfers must be completed prior to the scheduled date.

2.3. For outside catering services or trailer hire, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

2.4. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than the required notice period.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. Cancellations or modifications to cake orders must be submitted no less than 3 days before the scheduled date.

3.2. Any changes or cancellations to outside catering or hire services must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the scheduled date. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Cake Services

4.1. All cakes are made fresh to order using quality ingredients.

4.2. Cakes should be stored in a refrigerator and are best consumed on the day of purchase. They can be safely consumed for up to 3 days if stored correctly.

4.3. Cakes may be displayed at room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours.

4.4. Please follow all handling and serving instructions provided to ensure quality and safety.

5. Cake Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available locally. If you require delivery to other islands within the bailiwick we can deliver to port only.

5.2. A recipient must be present at the time of delivery. For health and safety reasons, we do not leave products unattended, regardless of payment status.

5.3. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee of £15 will be charged.

6. Outside Catering Services

6.1. We provide outside catering for private and corporate events, including parties, weddings, and functions.

6.2. We require access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the event for setup unless otherwise agreed.

6.3. Our outside catering service includes hot display equipment, serving utensils, and dish signage. However, plates, bowls, and cutlery are not included.

7. Catering Trailer Hire

7.1. Our street food trailer is available for hire at festivals, private events, markets, and other functions.

7.2. We require suitable access, flat ground, and parking space for the trailer.

7.3. Access to electricity and water may be required depending on your package.

7.4. The trailer must be booked for a minimum number of hours or spend, which will be confirmed in your agreement.

8. Allergies and Special Diets

8.1. We do our best to accommodate allergies and special dietary needs. Please notify us at the time of ordering or booking.

8.2. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.

8.3. Individuals with severe nut allergies are strongly advised not to consume our products, as nuts are handled in our kitchen and preparation areas.

9. Liability

9.1. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products. Please follow all storage and handling guidelines.

9.2. Once products have been delivered or collected, we are not liable for damages or loss.

10. Data Collection

10.1. We collect personal information (name, address, phone number, and email) to process your orders and services.

10.2. Payment details are processed securely; we do not store your credit card information.

10.3. We may use your contact info to send updates and promotions. You can opt-out at any time.

10.4. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to complete your order or to meet legal obligations.

11. Right to Refuse Service

11.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

11.2. We may cancel orders or bookings that appear to be made by resellers or distributors without prior agreement.

11.3. The resale of our products by any third party, tradesperson, business, or company is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to pop-ups, markets, online shops, and catering services not operated directly by us. Any unauthorised sale or representation of our products will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

12.1. We may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
