Pre-orders can be placed at any time. However, due to the way our GloriaFood ordering system works, orders must be accepted within 4 minutes during our set opening hours, otherwise they are automatically marked as “missed.”
For this reason, we operate specific acceptance hours in the evening (Monday to Thursday, 19:00 to 20:00).
We recommend placing orders outside of these hours, as they will remain in a queue for us to accept ahead of opening, helping to minimise the risk of any orders being missed. We will always do our best to monitor and accept orders outside of these hours whenever possible. Thank you

All orders are freshly prepared and delivered islandwide across Guernsey.
Please allow a minimum of 3 days notice for orders, we recommend booking in advance.
